It is with deep respect and heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Michael Wayne Piece, who departed this life on May 23, 2026. Born on August 15, 1967, Michael was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. His presence was a blessing to all who knew him, and his memory will be treasured forever.
Michael was a true people’s person, known for his warm heart and boundless love for his family and community. A devoted member of Church 360 in Arlington, Texas, he was more than a congregant—he faithfully served as a servant and usher, embodying the spirit of service and generosity. His faith was an integral part of his life, and he loved the Lord deeply, finding strength and joy in his spiritual journey.
Outside of the church, Michael’s passions extended to the wide-ranging activities that defined his active and vibrant life. He was a proud member of the church motorcycle club, relishing the camaraderie and fellowship it brought. Widely known for his encouragement and support, Michael dedicated himself to coaching little league football, soccer, basketball, and baseball, inspiring young athletes with his enthusiasm and guidance.
A big Baylor University Bears fan, Michael’s loyalty and spirit were evident whether cheering on his beloved team or engaging with family and friends. His unwavering support and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on those around him.
Michael’s memorial service will be held on May 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Church 360, located at 6450 Texas 360, Arlington, TX 76002. This gathering will honor the life of a man whose generosity, faith, and love enriched many lives.
As we remember Michael Wayne Piece, we celebrate a life marked by devotion—to family, faith, and community. His legacy of compassion, selflessness, and joy will continue to inspire all who were fortunate to know him. Though he has passed from this world, his spirit endures in the hearts of his loved ones and the countless lives he touched so profoundly.
