She enjoyed life fully and found happiness in the things that brought people together—dance, music, bingo, card games, and trips to the racetrack. These were not simply pastimes to her, but part of the energy and joy she carried into the world. She also served in the Navy, a meaningful chapter in her life that reflected her strength and sense of purpose.

A memorial service for Minnie Pearl Blake will be held on November 7, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Sagamore Baptist Church, 2301 Dottie Lynn Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76120.

She will be dearly remembered and deeply missed.
