MITCHELL JAMES EGGERS, born on September 26, 1962, left this world on June 29, 2025, just one day after the passing of his beloved wife, Alice Eggers. A man of unwavering strength and deep commitment, Mitchell was known for his forthright nature and strong protective instincts, particularly towards his family.
Mitchell’s life was characterized by a profound sense of organization and punctuality. Whether in personal endeavors or fulfilling his duties as a veteran of the United States Army, he exemplified dedication and discipline. His grandchildren, were always at the forefront of his heart. He had a special place in his life for his grandkids, who brought him immense joy and pride.
In his leisure, Mitchell found solace and thrill on his motorcycle, often embracing the open road with excitement and freedom. He was a man who lived life on his own terms and cherished the moments spent with those he loved.
In an extraordinary twist of fate, Mitchell's transition from life came closely intertwined with that of Alice, his soulmate. Their love story, marked by years of companionship and devotion, will be celebrated together during a joint homegoing service.
A funeral service honoring their union will be held on July 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1636 North Masters Drive in Dallas, Texas. Family and friends are invited to gather to reflect on the deep love and shared memories of Mitchell and Alice.
As we remember Mitchell James Eggers, we recognize a man whose life was defined by integrity, love, and an enduring spirit that will be missed but will forever inspire those who knew him.
