MURRAY FREEMAN

July 29, 1943 — May 13, 2021

Mr. Murray Lee Freeman born to the union of Theoplis Freeman and Helen A. Davis Freeman on July 29, 1943 in Frankston, Texas. Both parents preceded him in death.
He was preceded in death by Theophilis Freeman, Jr. (Brother), Berta Lang and Dorothy Freeman (Sisters), and his son, Timothy M. Freeman
He accepted Christ at an early age at Morning Star Baptist Church.


Murray attended Booker T. Washington High School in Dallas, Texas before joining the U.S Armed Forces – Army Branch, and proudly served two tours of duty in the Vietnam War. He was a proud Military Vietnam Veteran. He retired from the US Postal Service after 29+ years of service.


He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Rose Mary Freeman; daughters Teresa (CJ) Singleton, Angela (Barry) Saunders; sons Tracy Freeman, Paul Freeman; grandchildren Daniel Saunders, Jordan Singleton, Traeniesha Freeman, Jazmine Saunders, Joseph Singleton, Antwoine Freeman, Tilea Freeman, and his brother Albert Freeman and sister Patricia Martin and a host of nephews and nieces as well as other relatives and dear friends.
