NOEL MARSHALL

Noel “Noy” Marshall passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025, at the age of 51. He was a beloved grandson, son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend. Known for his generous heart, vibrant personality, and unwavering loyalty, Noel brought light and laughter wherever he went.

He is survived by his loving mother, Maria Guadalupe Cisneros, and his devoted siblings: Linda, Mayra, Jesus “Junior,” and Carlos. Noel was a cherished uncle to Miguel, Sarah, Leslye, Mario Jr., Anastacia, Joshua, Matthew, Joaquin, Jacob, Lukas, Jessamine, and Jace. He was also a proud great-uncle to many great-nieces and nephews.

Noel also leaves behind his loving partner, Martha Fonseca, with whom he shared many meaningful years and memories.

He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Rita Elena Marshall, and his dear sister, Rita Cecilia Cisneros, whom he loved deeply and whose memories he carried close to his heart.

Noel will be remembered for his deep love for family, his compassion, and the joy he found in the simple moments of life. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
