Mrs. Norma Jean Brown Walker was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 24, 1944 to her loving parents, Sammy Brown and Bernice Johnson.
Mrs. Norma became a Christian at a very young age and maintained her beliefs throughout her life. She loved all people and just like God said, “Come as you are”, she accepted everyone just the same.
Norma received her formal education from High School in Chicago, Illinois. Norma was very creative. She was a seamstress by trade.
Norma was an only child. Her grandmother raised her with her aunts and uncles. She grew up in a big family. She now has a big family of her own.
On March 14, 2022, Norma gained her wings. She will forever be loved, and remembered by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Sammy Brown; mother, Bernice Johnson; son, Rodney F. Parker; granddaughter, Deandra Lucus; her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Those left to cherish her love and legacy are her husband, Eddie James Walker; her children, Victoria Parker Wright (Danny), Robert Meadows (Nicole), LaRon Meadows, Montoria Roberts (Perry), all of Fort Worth, TX. Ray Meadows (Margarita) of Dallas, TX, Sherondra Brown (Maurice) of Arlington, TX, Cynitha Ruff (Jarvis) of Georgia; sister-in-law; Jean Hair of Fort Worth, TX, Daughter in law; Sandra Parker, of Arkansas; grandchildren, Quincey, Candance, Tiffany, Rhondra, Jesse, Donald, Victoria, Laquindia, Mia Rodney, Timothy, Robert, Jasmyne, Javar, Monica, Marco, Leonardo II, Bonita, Amber, Charles, Imari, Chasity, and JacQuese. Norma has 31 great grand children, and a host of other people who will miss her.
