PATRICIA REED

Patricia Ann Reed was born on July 31, 1956, in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Paralee Reed Ross and John H. Reed Sr. she is an alumnus of South Oak Cliff High School of Dallas, Texas, class of 1974. she received her Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics at Texas Southern University in Houston. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

After graduating college, she spent several years in Houston before moving back to Dallas, where she met her lifelong companion Vinson L. Harrington Sr. To this union, they shared two children: Vinson L. Harrington Jr., and Monisha Harrington. Pat Reed never met a stranger. She brought a smile to everyone’s face filling them with laughter, joy, and love. She enjoyed talking with family and her best friends. She also had a love for numbers and enjoyed assisting family and friends with their taxes.She is preceded in death by her father John H. Reed Sr. and brother Rufus Thomas. Those left to cherish her memories, her mother, Paralee Reed Ross; companion Vinson L. Harrington Sr.; children, Vinson L. Harrington Jr. and Monisha Harrington; siblings, Roy Reed (Donna), John Reed (Patricia), Sandra Reed-Childs (Darrell), Karen Cameron (Alchardieo), Regina Daniel (Rodney) and  Marva Young; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
