PATSY WILLIAMS

November 17, 1951 — April 22, 2021

Patsy Ruby Williams completed her Earthly assignment on Thursday , April 22, 2021. She was born to the union of Harvey J. Williams Sr. and Henry L. Jones, on November 17 , 1951, in Marietta, OK. She accepted Christ as her Savior und er the late Pastor Reverend Hubert Harris at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, where she was loved and known by all. She attended Marietta Public School and later moved to Dallas, TX.  She graduated from North Dallas High School in  1970 (Pat loved and continued her cheerleading skills, that began at the "Great" Booker T. Washington Technical High School under the late Hazel M. Holloway). After graduation she studied at Bishop College where she met and married Terry Flowers. She then started her medical career as an Office Assistant to the late Dr. Perry Flowers Sr. Pat never forgot to serve the master at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church under the late Pastor Reverend Hubert Harris and under the current leadership of Pastor Lloyd B. Hall III.

Pat was a "Daddy's Girl" so it was not a surprise to anyone when she relocated to Aurora, CO to be with him where she assisted him with the care-giving of our paternal grandmother, the late Florcie Halstied (Mama Suse).

The apples of her eye were her two children, Brett Williams and Brittany Williams. She adored them both and always strived to guide them on the Christian path of righteousness.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Carolyn J. Williams-Wrightsil, Wanda E. Williams-Wilmore, and Charlotte L. Williams (an infant); three brothers, Donald L. Williams, Harvey J. Williams Jr., and Mark W. Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her children, Brett Williams and Brittany  Williams; her grandchildren, Brandi, Brett Jr., Choyce and Hailey and great grandchildren: Koi, McKenzie and Kyrin; three sisters, Mae P. Williams-Scott (Raymond), Vemessia K. Williams-Battle of Dallas, TX and Charlene M. Williams-Brown of Plano, TX; one brother, A. Wilford Williams (Dana) of Aurora, CO; one uncle, Gary Halsteid Sr. of Marietta, OK; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, including her two best friends, Sherri West and Debra Lewis; to honor her memory.
