With profound respect and a deep sense of loss, we commemorate the remarkable life of Mrs. Pearlie Mae Patterson, who passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on June 24, 1935, Mrs. Pearlie Mae Patterson lived a long and meaningful life, inspiring all who knew her with her strength, grace, and unwavering faith and spirit.

Mrs. Pearlie Mae approached each day with warmth and compassion, touching the lives of those around her. Over the course of her 91 years, she witnessed significant changes in the world and contributed to her community with diligence and love. As the owner of P&P’s Hair Boutique. Her enduring legacy is reflected in the bonds she forged  through her love and the memories cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Family, friends, and loved ones are invited to honor Mrs. Pearlie Mae’s memory at the viewing, which will be held on Friday August 7, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Golden Gate Funeral Home, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas. A funeral service celebrating her life will take place on Saturday August 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at New Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 1930 Gallagher Street, Dallas, Texas.

Mrs. Pearlie Mae Patterson’s journey has now come to a peaceful close, but the light she shared endures in the hearts of all who knew her with songs and words of encouragement. As we gather in remembrance, we celebrate her life of resilience and kindness, holding onto the example she set through her many years.
