Quenique Lasha Johnson, a beloved Teacher, has left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She departed this world on April 21, 2024. Born on August 19, 1984, in a display of unwavering commitment to education and nurturing young minds, Quenique devoted herself to teaching and inspiring countless students throughout her career.

Known for her vibrant personality, Quenique was described as funny, loving, sweet—a person who effortlessly made friends wherever she went. Her ability to uplift and inspire those around her knew no bounds, and she was a beacon of positivity in the lives of many. She carried with her the spirit of joy and celebration, earning her the well-deserved title of being the life of the party.

Quenique's dedication extended beyond the classroom as she pursued various interests with equal enthusiasm. A talented baker, singer, dancer, gamer, and professional shopper, she embraced life wholeheartedly and found joy in every endeavor she pursued.

In addition to her professional accomplishments as a teacher, Quenique considered her role as a daughter, sister, and aunt among her proudest achievements. Her role as a philanthropist highlighted her compassionate nature and desire to make a positive impact on the world around her.

Quenique Lasha Johnson's memory will be cherished by her surviving family members and friends who were touched by her warmth and infectious spirit.

Services to honor and celebrate Quenique's life will take place at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas on May 3, 2024. The visitation will be held from 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM followed by a Prayer Service from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM at the same location.
