Rest Well PROPHET X
Reginald DeAndre Kelly was born to Kendra Guyton and Reginald DeLane Kelly on December 26, 1988.
Reginald exemplified great strength as a toddler and adolescent. At the tender age of 18 months old, Reginald was diagnosed with asthma and type 1 diabetes. Reginald did not allow his chronic illnesses to limit his abilities. By the time he was 4 years old, he was checking his own blood sugar and administering his own insulin injections.
Reginald attended Dallas Independent School District from K-8. He attended Martin Weiss Elementary grades K-6, and D.A. Hulcy grades 7-8. Reginald later attended Cedar Hill School District at Cedar Hill High from 9th -12th grade.
As a young child, Reginald’s mother married Russell Nash. Together they raised Reginald and lil sister, Chasidy Sanders, later welcoming their younger sister, Alexys Nash. Russell Nash lovingly accepted the role as father, resulting in a loving male bond, igniting many accomplishments with Reginald, one being DeAndre’s love for playing football. Together they would go on to sign Reginald up with the “Oak Cliff Redskins” , where Reginald was an active player for 4 years (from age 9 to 13), given the nickname of “Radio” (for his gift of gab). Reginald’s active years with the Redskins resulted in multiple trophies, awards banquets and many championship wins.
Reginald loved the art of music and often booked recording sessions with his cousin, “T-Noch Thomas Walker” and producer “Big E Beat”, where he created a couple of demo’s. This union resulted in Reginald meeting and opening for rap artist “BUN B” in Houston, TX in 2009.
After welcoming his four children into the world. Reginald later put his mic down and pursued corporate America. Reginald worked as a DOC worker with AAA Cooper Freight, a loan officer with Chase Bank a fraud analyst with Bank of America, and held numerous contract positions.
Reginald’s dominating Kelly genes blessed him with 4 mini-me’s, beautiful children with strong, resilient mothers: Reginald DeAndre’ Carmello Kelly (Jasmine Edwards Syas), Preston Martise Spencer (Destiny Spencer Mitchell), Jordan Kelly “Chicken Little”, Sarai Kelly “Pig-Pig” (Dijonae Brown).
Reginald exemplified great strength and fought hard through his 5 year battle. Reginald always kept his head held high, never bothered by the judgment of others in his battle. Reginald kept his bible in hand, always professing his love for GOD, while praying and witnessing to others.
You can rest now, son.
Rest Safely in God’s Arms
