Reverend Eaton was an embodiment of grace and compassion. His unwavering commitment to his faith and his community made a profound impact, guiding and uplifting those who were fortunate enough to cross his path. He served at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, where he poured his heart and soul into his ministry, nurturing the spiritual growth of his congregation and fostering a sense of belonging among all.
His timeless wisdom and gentle spirit touched the lives of many, and his sermons were rich with insight and inspiration. Reverend Eaton believed in the power of prayer and community, reminding everyone that they were never alone in their struggles. His welcoming demeanor and kind words offered solace to those in sorrow and joy to those celebrating life’s blessings.
As we gather to honor his remarkable life, friends and family are invited to pay their respects on May 2, 2025, at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, where a viewing will take place from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This will be followed by a Prayer Service at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, beginning at 6:00 PM and lasting through the evening as we lift our voices in unity and remembrance.
A Funeral Service will be held on May 3, 2025, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, starting at 12:00 PM and concluding at 1:00 PM. This will be a time to reflect on Reverend Eaton’s profound legacy, his passion for helping others, and his remarkable journey guided by faith.
Though Reverend Jessie Eaton has departed from this earthly realm, the love and lessons he imparted will forever resonate within our hearts. His spirit will continue to inspire, serving as a beacon of hope for generations to come. Rest in peace, dear Reverend Eaton—you will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
