He was an avid fan of the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Cowboys, often seen cheering for his teams with unyielding enthusiasm. In addition to sports, Robert enjoyed playing chess and participating in various physical activities, including tennis, basketball, and football. He also had a passion for collecting coins and had a fondness for fishing, which provided him a peaceful respite and a chance to connect with nature.

Robert’s life will be celebrated through several services. A visitation will be held on May 28, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. Following this, a prayer service will take place on the same day at 7:15 PM, concluding at 8:15 PM at the same location. Robert's funeral service will occur the next day, May 29, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM and ending at 2:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home.
