RUDY MENDOZA

Rudy Mendoza, 54, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on August 4, 2026.

Rudy was born on May 25, 1972. He is survived by his parents, Regino and Maria Cipriano; his daughters, Alanise Eloisa Mendoza, Rayleigh Hope Lopez, and Samantha Mariah Garcia; his sons, Richard Lopez and Ray Lopez; his sister, Geneva Cipriano; his brothers, Rick Mendoza and Anthony Cipriano; his stepsisters, Regina Cipriano and Denise Cipriano; his stepbrother, Regino Cipriano III; his grandchildren, Lorenzo Oliver, Lorena Oliver, Leonardo Oliver, and Leona Oliver; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Rudy was a man who loved life and had many passions. He enjoyed collecting firearms, fishing, listening to music, and dancing. He was also an expert glassman who took pride in his work.

One of Rudy’s greatest loves was animals, especially dogs. Breed never mattered to him. He was always willing to talk with others about dogs and share what he knew about caring for and training them. He had a natural way of helping others and was always happy to pass along his knowledge.

Rudy was a protector by nature. He loved his family deeply and had tremendous respect for his parents and siblings. He never hesitated to tell the people he loved how much they meant to him. Whether he was spending time with family, watching Reba, listening to music, dancing, or simply being silly and making everyone laugh, Rudy had a way of bringing joy wherever he went.

He especially cherished his daughters and grandchildren, but his love extended to everyone’s children. He had a big heart and cared deeply for the people around him.

Rudy will be remembered for his sense of humor, his generous heart, his love of family, and the way he made sure the people in his life knew they were loved. His presence, laughter, and unforgettable personality will be deeply missed.

Though he is no longer with us, the love he gave and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of his family and everyone who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Rudy. You were deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
