Shannon was born on August 16, 1985, in his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. From the moment he entered world, it was that he possessed a vibrant loving spirit. Shannon known for his fun-loving and infectious laughter that brighten anyone's. He had a unique to turn a frown into a smile and spread happiness wherever he went.
Growing up in Fort Worth, Shannon forged lifelong friendships and developed a deep love for his community. He was always supportive and caring towards others, embodying the true meaning of compassion. His kind-hearted nature left an indelible impact on everyone fortunate enough to cross paths with him.
Shannon's love for life was only surpassed by his love for his family and faith. He adored his mother, Delma Adger, who provided unwavering support throughout his journey. His brothers Da'Mont Jones and Donshea Jones held a special place in Shannon's heart as they shared countless adventures and formed an unbreakable bond.
Above all else, Shannon cherished his daughter Jada Marie Powell. She was the light of his life and brought immeasurable joy to his days. His love for Jada knew no bounds, and he dedicated himself to being the best father he could be. Shannon's legacy will undoubtedly live on through Jada as she carries forward the values he instilled in her.
In addition to his immediate family, Shannon leaves behind a host of family, friends and relatives whose lives he touched with his outgoing personality and genuine care. The services to honor Shannon's life will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home and Cremation, located at 5701 East Loop 820 South in Fort Worth, Texas. A viewing will take place on February 2, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The funeral service will follow on February 3, 2024, starting at 1:00 PM.
