She is preceded in death by her mother Helen J. Richmond, father Issac T. Richmond and sister Janet M. Richmond.
Shirley leaves to cherish her memories: son Adrian Richmond; 2 sisters Sylvia Y. Richmond, Ynette Favors; 3 brothers Gerry Richmond, Ivan Richmond, Rodney Richmond (Roshanda) and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
