Known affectionately as the "Street Lieutenant," Terry radiated warmth and vibrancy that can only be described as the essence of “real talk.” His presence was a beacon of joy, a light that drew friends and family alike into his orbit, where laughter flourished and smiles were abundant.

Born in Dallas, Terry was a beautiful person by nature—funny, forgiving, outspoken, and undeniably independent.
