On May 2, 1969 in Dallas, Texas, the Lord gave a son to Roy H. Williams, Sr. and Kathleen Terrell-Williams, they named him Tommy Ray Williams. He was the second of 4 children born to this union. He graduated from David. W. Carter School in Dallas, TX Class of 1987, and later enlisted in the United States Navy. He departed this life suddenly to be with our heavenly father Saturday, July, 13, 2019.
