TRACY SWEET

Tracy Mae Sweet was born a faithful servant of God on April 2, 1938 in Ladonia, Texas to the parents of Roy Lewis and Etta Crowley. She was first baptized at Pleasant Grove CME and later found a church home at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church. She received her education at Clark High School in Ladonia, Tx., at an early age. After she obtained her education, she later married R.T. Sweet. She got her first job as a cook at A&M Commerce University until retiring from Wall Street Deli (Dallas, TX). Aunt Pete inherited a host of children, Paula Williams, Lucine Harris, Loretha Harris and Briana Johnson (her baby), step children, Thomas Sweet all of Dallas TX. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, siblings; Sarah, Jim, Roy, Ray, Harold, Billie and Thomas of Ladonia, TX. She leaves to cherish her memories, her sister, Matilda Judkins, a brother, Edward Maurice Lewis, both of Ladonia, TX. And a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Aunt Pete will ne greatly missed by everybody she crossed paths with. She enjoyed her retirement, laughing with family and friends in East Dallas (on Beeman) and enjoying life to the fullest.
