Walter C. Anderson (Squirrel), age 74, lived a joyful life. Walter was born on March 15, 1946 in Marshall, Texas to the union of Elisha and Annie Pearl Anderson.  He worked for Global Views, in Dallas, Texas as a shipping and receiving clerk; which he later resigned. Walter always loved the game of dominoes; but once he retired; he was able to really enjoy the game. Walter was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, uncle, adopted father and friend.

Walter was preceded in death by his parents Elisha and Annie Pearl Anderson, sisters: Virginia Lankford and Sherry White; brothers: Billy Perry and James Anderson; grandparents: Alberta Smith and Pink Board; mother-in-law: Augusta Barnes and grandson: Jonathan Handy.

Walter was survived by: his wife, Anna R. Anderson; three sons: Marcus Anderson (Tracie), Louis Handy, William Handy; five daughters: Laura Handy, Susie Hughes (Seig), Betty Handy, Elizabeth Handy-Myles (Danny), Louise Handy; 29 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, 2 adopted sons (Troy and Lorenzo), a host of nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, and great friends.
