WYMEKA JONET THOMAS

Wymeka Jonet Thomas, born on August 13, 1976, in Dimmitt, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and a dedicated professional who left an indelible mark on all who had the honor of knowing her.

As the HR Director at Rapid DSP, Wymeka was known for her unwavering work ethic and was respected for her ability to foster a positive workplace culture. Her colleagues often described her as goofy and witty, attributes that not only lightened the work environment but also endeared her to many. With a strong spirit, she tackled challenges head-on and exemplified what it meant to be a true leader.

She took immense pride in her family, with her grandson  being her greatest joy and accomplishment. She cherished the moments spent with him, embracing her role as a grandmother with love and enthusiasm.

In addition to her professional endeavors and family commitments, Wymeka enjoyed shopping, which brought her a sense of joy and fulfillment.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Wyheka Jonet Thomas will be held on October 18, 2025, at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX. The service will begin at 11:00 AM, 

Wymeka's legacy of hard work, love for her family, and her infectious personality will always be remembered by those fortunate enough to know her. The world is certainly a better place for having had her in it, and she will be deeply missed.
