A proud high school graduate of Sabine High School in Many, LA, she dedicated her career to caring for others as a home health care provider, embodying the compassionate spirit that defined her personality. Zelma was more than a caretaker; she was a true matriarch, offering guidance and support to her family and friends.
Zelma's commitment to helping others and her loving demeanor left a profound impact on all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness and strength will be cherished by many.
Her memory will be honored during a Prayer Service on June 25, 2025, at 7:15 PM, followed by a Funeral Service on June 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Both services will be held in Dallas, Texas— the Prayer Service at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas (Allene) located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, and the Funeral Service at St John Missionary Baptist Church, at 2600 S Marsalis Ave.
