RUTH FLETCHER

Ruth Fletcher “Mama” was called to the Lord on June 4th, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. Ruth Fletcher was born April 21st, 1958, in Bryan Texas to Mike Fletcher and Celestine Green who preceded her in death. Siblings preceded her in death are Mike Jr., Lovie, Melvin and Joyce. Ruth Enjoyed working in the medical field and helping people. She became certified in Medical Coding, medication aid and Phlebotomy. She even worked with Dart driving both the train and bus before becoming a phlebotomist. Ruth’s interests included arts and craft and taking care of her plants. She also enjoyed spending time with her grand and great grand kids. Ruth also devoted her time and energy as a caregiver to her family members. Her charm and smile enlightened any given moment. Ruth is survived by her son Braderick Fletcher (wife-Charlene) and daughter Cherie Morrisette (friend-Mallory), Special friend Perry Morrisette. Grandchildren: Mon’Toya, Braderick Jr., Patrick, Chadrick, Broderick, Jmyrion, Jahmir, and Jacoya. Great grandchildren: Marquise and Makenzie. Siblings: Evelyn Bailey (Emmanuel), Wanda Fletcher, Jacquline Starling (Tim), Pastor James Fletcher (Kim), Bufus Fletcher (Erica), Pamela Fletcher and Bufus Cannon. And a host of nieces and nephew’s family and friends.
