SHARON WHALEY

October 21, 1983 — March 30, 2021

Sharon Renee Whaley “Shae” was born October 21, 1983 in Dallas, Texas. She was the youngest daughter of Franklin Charles Whaley and Bobbie Sue Bowen-Whaley.

Sharon accepted Christ at an early age and was an active member of Greater New Birth Baptist Church in Plano, Texas.

Sharon attended school in Plano ISD.  After completing her studies, she began working as a home health care provider.  Her passion was cooking, caring and serving others. She had a great sense of humor, never met a stranger and everyone loved and enjoyed being around her. She was always a funny, happy, loving and a very kind-hearted person.

Sharon was a phenomenal mother of two beautiful daughters that she loved unconditionally Atayshia Manuel and Aniyia Samuel.

She was preceded in death by her uncle Dean Whaley, grandparents, George and Annie L. Dunbar and bonus dad Roy Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Atayshia Keeara “Tae” Manuel, and Aniyia Lashae “Niyia” Samuels; her loving parents Franklin Charles and Bobbie Sue Whaley; one brother, Frank D. Whaley (Avril); two sisters, Tonya Whaley, LaKisha Whaley-Tunson (Darryl); and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, distant family and friends.
